Identified

We are currently experiencing an issue with charge report generation in the Zaptec Portal. When attempting to generate a charge report, the report may return no data.

We have identified the cause of the issue and are actively working on a fix. The current expected resolution timeframe is early next week.

We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
